Ingredients: Orange Peel Cinnamon, Clove, All Spice

Combine 0.5oz of mulling spices with a quart of cider. Heat just below boiling. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 30 minutes. 

Variations:
1.) Add 1oz Brandy or Rum to the above recipe.  
2.) Cider may be replaced by wine.
