Plastic Free July

Plastic Free July

If you follow us on social media, you've probably seen our posts about plastic-free July! First of all, I don't want you to feel like we are shaming you for using plastic. That is never our intent with posts like this! We are simply trying to provide you with solutions to help reduce the amount of plastic we (as Americans) use each and every day. It's like we're going back in time to be with our grandparents who didn't have the kind of plastic consumption we have today!

Secondly, we would love to make a sale, but we know that you may find other solutions which we think is awesome! Our main goal with this campaign is to educate you on ways to cut back and go old school like our grandparents and reuse as much as possible.

Sandwich Blue Stasher Bag

One of the easiest ways to switch from plastic is to not use plastic baggies. We have several options available in our shop to help you do so! We have Stasher silicone bags. They are dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, and stovetop proof! You can steam in them, store things, and seriously the possibilities are endless. We have them in half-gallon, sandwich, snack, and pocket sizes! Check them out here

Marley's Monster Reusable Snack and Sandwich Bag

We also have reusable bags from Marley's Monsters. These are perfect for your kiddos lunch boxes. It has a plastic liner on the instead, so you don't have to worry about things that are wet soaking through the fabric. We love them for grapes, chips, and other items that we carry in our lunches. Check them out here

Needle and Grain Bee's Wrap Sandwich

Finally, we have Bee's Wraps for all of those times you need plastic baggies. We are currently sold out of a lot of sizes, but we are doing a restock soon! The sandwich wraps are our favorite because they have a button to secure your food! You check them out here to see which ones we'll have in stock!

Sometime soon (I don't like to box myself in with deadlines), I'll do another post and share some other ways you can jump on the bandwagon with Plastic Free July! So, keep your eyes peeled!
