Weekly Favorites - February 14

I finished this book a few days ago, and it truly has changed my life. I know that we are all becoming more and more addicted to our phones, and I try my best to combat this. But it was nice to have factual evidence to know what it was doing to our youth and how we can take steps now, so that our children aren't in the same boat as kids a little older than them!

I also finished this book yesterday, and it was so good! I am not usually a historical fiction girly, but the story sucked me in until the very last minute. I wanted to give it a hug. I only deducted a half of a star because of her mother whom I found to be annoying most of the book. I listen to a ton of books, so if you want to use a platform that is comparable to Audible but supports small bookstores like Duck River Books, here's my referral link to use to make the switch to support small!

A friend of mine posted her son with these on his wheels, and I knew immediately Owen needed them for his bike! He loves to have lights on his bike, so I can't wait to give them to him on Friday for Valentine's Day!

Nora got this tumbler for her birthday, and it is wonderful! It doesn't spill and is super easy to clean. I want the boys to have one, too!

If you want an easy and yummy cupcake recipe with a little pink hue for the holiday, make these! We made them for Nora's birthday, and they are so good. Make sure you make this frosting to go on top!
