Ideal and durable kitchen tools: Olive wood is not only characterized by its particularly beautiful grain, it is also extremely hard due to its slow growth. The high oil content makes it moisture-repellent, grippy and supple. Our olive wood products are exclusively oiled and not treated further. Please do not put it in the dishwasher or use hard scratching sponges! Instead, rinse and dry after use. To preserve the beauty of the wood, rub it with simple olive or sunflower oil from time to time and let it dry.
