Student Cancellation Policy:
In order to provide our teachers the proper preparation of materials and preparation time, we offer refunds if you (the student) need to cancel in the following manner:
- 100% Refund can be given 7 days in advance of cancellation.
- 50% refund up to 48 hours before class begins.
- No refunds 24 hours before class.
- No shows to classes will not receive a refund.
Needle and Grain Cancellation Policy:
Both classes/workshops have a minimum number of students for the class to take place. In the case that the sign-ups fall under this number, we will cancel or reschedule the class. While we never hope for this to happen, If a specific class does not reach a minimum attendance required by our teachers, we will notify you 48 hours before the class and refund your money promptly. We will also refund your money if class is canceled for any reason beyond your control.
In the case of cancellation, you will be issued a full refund. If you cannot take the rescheduled class, you will also be issued a full refund. If you are able to take the rescheduled class or workshop your original payment will be applied towards your spot.
