We're excited to share with you something we've been working on for a few months as we continue to develop a deeper and more purposeful mission for Needle & Grain. We are calling them Customer Promises. Our guidelines that determine the products we purchase and the ways we develop community with customers like you! We believe that when we keep to guidelines like these, it develops a lasting sense of trust between the customer and the business.

We support hometowns like ours by putting priority on local and regional makers and suppliers for our goods before we seek vendors elsewhere.

Wherever we get our products from, we want our transactions to be a win-win
for the vendor and for us. That means goods made responsibly, fairly and at a price that benefits everyone.
