The Common Thread No. 8
I finished this book the other day, and it really got me out of a reading slump! I was almost immediately sucked into the story and setting. I thought that June and Adam had great banter, and I am a sucker for a second chance romance. And who doesn't love a story about NYC in the fall?!
We made this for dinner tonight, and it was delicious! I found the GF puff pastry at Whole Foods if you need a GF version, but otherwise, it was a delicious and hearty weeknight dinner.
I didn't know that these existed until my MIL told me about them, and they are much more filling than normal oats. Not sure why or how, but I'll take it when I need a quick and filling breakfast in the morning.
I have a blue and white set of these pajamas, but I think I need the red and white to be a bit more festive. They are amazing quality and very similar to a name brand that I love but simply cannot afford for every day.
I got this a few years ago, and it is one of my favorite things to bring out at Christmas. I think I forgot to complete it last year, so I'm going to try to get that completed before this Christmas. I know that it will be fun to go back and look at each year when the kids are older.
