Weekly Meal Plan

I honestly couldn't think of any weekly favorites this week, so I thought I would share our meal plan and recipes for this week instead! I love hearing what people eat each week because it helps me decide what we are having! 

Monday: Tortellini and Salad (I made roasted broccoli for Owen). These are our favorite tortellini from Aldi! Bryson has Young Life on Monday nights, so Owen and I usually have something super simple to make my life a little easier. 
Tuesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup - I love this recipe from the Pioneer Woman.
Wednesday: Dinner with Bryson's Parents - It's our weekly tradition now that Owen spends the day with Renee.
Thursday: Chickpea Tikka Masala with Green Beans - I try to plan a couple meat free meals a week, and we love just buying a jar of Tikka Masala sauce to make meals like this easy! 
Friday: Beef Tamale Pie - This recipe is in the newest Southern Living magazine, and when I saw it, I knew we needed to make it. Nothing says comfort food like "meat pie." 
SaturdayKale and White Bean Soup - This recipe is from Chrissy Teigen, and so far I have loved all the recipes I've made from her! This one seemed super simple, too! 
Sunday: Veggie Burgers with Roasted Sweet Potato Fries - Another really easy way to get more veggies in and have a simple meal. We got these veggie burgers from Aldi (I did Instacart this week, so all of our groceries came from Aldi.)
